Breakaway USA

Breakaway USA is located in Wellington's Palm Beach Point, an 18 minute trail ride to WEF. Seasonal and long-term rentals are offered at the new facility, whose construction terminated in 2022.

What is offered in the barn: 2 tack rooms equipped with industrial washer/dryer, ring-facing office, feed room, 3 grooming stalls, 2 wash racks, blacksmith station (convertible to grooming stall), large feed room.

Above the barn is an apartment covering almost the entire the barn, with a beautiful patio and view over the ring and paddocks.

Separate from the barn is a building with three one-bedroom apartment units and an air conditioned storage garage (vehicles, feed, hay, shavings, etc.).

Around the property there are 6 paddocks (2 with stallion fencing), riding ring (ebb & flow) measuring 120 x 225, a hand-grazing field, and a 4-horse walker.
